Operations Tech

This position will operate equipment. Assists with customer walk-ins and delivery of products. Perform grain operations like receiving grain, grain placement in correct bins, and loading out grain. Maintain facility, equipment and grounds. Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership in work and equipment used. Able to run loader to mix dry fertilizer

1 Full Time and 2 Seasonal

  1. Provide outstanding and courteous customer service.
  2. Operate machinery
  3. Precisely blends of fertilizer and chemical based on recommendations and label directions
  4. Drive tender truck vehicles as needed
  5. Loads and unloads inbound and outbound inventory, grain, fertilizer and chemicals
  6. Assist with daily maintenance on mobile equipment, grain legs and fertilizer equipment

Requirements

  1. Must have a basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling
  2. Must be self-motivated and able to work as a team member
  3. Health card certification.
  4. Experience is preferred but will train the right individual

Salary and Benefits

  1. Hourly wage based on experience
